Ground water discharge permit files, 1974-[ongoing].

The Division of Industrial Waste Water Management implement programs to prevent or clean up the pollution of surface and ground water in Massachusetts by industry. In accordance with MGLA c 21, s 43, the division created permit files to authorize and control discharge of pollutants into ground waters.
